Group Coaching

Group coaching combines the benefits of health and wellness coaching with the community and connection of a group experience.  Being a part of a wellness group can provide a sense of belonging and shared experience, normalize challenges, and build accountability and motivation through peer support. Group coaching is also more affordable on an individual basis, allowing greater access to the benefits of health and wellness coaching.
