Group Coaching

Group coaching combines the benefits of health and wellness coaching with the community and connection of a group experience.  Being a part of a wellness group can provide a sense of belonging and shared experience, normalize challenges, and build accountability and motivation through peer support. Group coaching is also more affordable on an individual basis, allowing greater access to the benefits of health and wellness coaching.

Upcoming Group Sessions

Group sessions are conducted online through the Practice Better HIPAA compliant platform.  Groups are offered weekdays between the hours of 11am-1pm Eastern and usually consist of 6-10 participants to optimize the experience.

Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle Group Coaching ($250 investment)

​60 minute, 6 week virtual " lunch" group occurring every other Wednesday from 11:30am-12:30pm Eastern.

​​

Learn how inflammation drives chronic disease and the ways our modern lifestyle contributes to chronic inflammation.  We will cover lifestyle changes that decrease inflammation, and together work towards making those sustainable changes in our lives.

​Designed for those looking to understand the root cause of exercise and nutrition recommendations, then put those recommendations into action. This group follows the coaching process and allows a safe space to explore your own wellness goals in community with others.  ​

​​

Group will be held over the "lunch hour" on Wednesdays from 11:30am-12:30pm Eastern via the HIPAA compliant Practice Better Platform.  This group will begin in January, or when enough members register.​
